Powdered preparation for making macarons. With a high percentage of almond flour. Can be coloured with Colours Gel. For filling, try our wide range of fillings.

PREPARATION

Prepared MACARONS + Water

1. Beat all the ingredients.
2. Mix the dye - COLOURS GEL - in the color of your choice.
3. Using a piping bag, make small circles on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
4. Let it rest until a film forms on the surface.
5. Bake in the oven. 6. Let cool and fill with a cream of your choice.

INGREDIENTS

Sugar, almond (21%), starch, egg white powder, emulsifiers (E475, E471, E433),
thickener: xanthan gum (E415), aroma. May contain traces of gluten, soy, milk, sulfur dioxide and nuts.
