PREPARATION
Preparation CHOUX DOUGH + Eggs + Water
- Mix the preparation with water for 2 minutes.
- 2. Add the eggs little by little and mix.
- Place the dough in a piping bag and make small balls on the tray.
- Bake in the oven.
- Allow to cool completely before filling.
