Ready-to-whip liquid vegetable cream. Lightly sweetened. Use very cold to obtain firm whipped cream. For fillings, toppings, desserts and other preparations. Can be colored with Colours Gel and flavored with essences, curd, fruits, flavoring pastes, among others.

Shake before use. For best results, beat at medium speed at a temperature between +2º and +10ºC until the desired texture is obtained.
