PREPARATION METHOD

Walnut Cake + Eggs + Oil + Water Preparation

1 - Mix all the ingredients until they are well integrated and the dough is homogeneous.

2 - Place the dough in a mold.

3 - Bake at 170ºC - 180ºC for approximately 40 - 45 minutes (times and temperatures are merely indicative). Note: The dough should not be beaten too much so that it does not become too dense.

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, sugars, wheat bran, modified starch (E1414), palm oil powder, walnut pieces, raising agents (E450, E500), emulsifier (E471), salt, stabilizer (E415) and flavoring. May contain traces of egg, soy and sesame seeds.
