PREPARATION METHOD

Prepared Orange, Lemon and Poppy Seed Cake + Eggs + Oil + Water

1 - Mix all the ingredients until they are well integrated and the dough is homogeneous.

2 - Place the dough in a mold.

3 - Bake at 170ºC - 180ºC for approximately 40 - 45 minutes (times and temperatures are merely indicative). Note: The dough should not be beaten too much so that it does not become too dense.

Wheat flour, sugar, whey, granulated orange peel, lemon cubes (4%), wheat starch, modified starch (E1414), vegetable fat (refined palm oil, glucose syrup, milk protein, silicon dioxide E551), dextrose, raising agents (E450i, E500ii), emulsifiers (E471, E481, E450, E500), salt, flavourings, colourings (E160(i)), thickener (E415), enzymes and poppy seeds. May contain traces of soya, egg, nuts, sesame seeds.
