PREPARATION METHOD

Prepared Chocolate Cake + Eggs + Oil + Water

1 - Mix all the ingredients until they are well integrated and the dough is homogeneous.

2 - Place the dough in a mold.

3 - Bake at 170ºC - 180ºC for approximately 40 - 45 minutes (times and temperatures are merely indicative). Note: The dough should not be beaten too much so that it does not become too dense.

INGREDIENTS

Sugar, wheat flour, cocoa powder (5%), modified starch, whey powder, raising agents (E500, E450), sunflower oil, emulsifiers (E471, E481), wheat gluten, salt, thickeners (E466, E415, E412) and flavouring. May contain traces of egg, soya, nuts, sesame seeds and sulphur dioxide.
