PREPARATION METHOD
Double Chocolate Cake Preparation + Eggs + Oil + Water
1 - Mix all the ingredients until they are well integrated and the dough is homogeneous.
2 - Place the dough in a mold.
3 - Bake at 170ºC - 180ºC for approximately 40 - 45 minutes (times and temperatures are merely indicative). Note: The dough should not be beaten too much so that it does not become too dense.
INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour, sugar, cocoa, dextrose, whey, vegetable fat ((palm), glucose syrup, milk protein), raising agents (E450i, E500ii), modified starch (E1414), wheat gluten, emulsifier (E471, E481), colour (E150c), salt, flavouring, thickener (E415) and enzymes. May contain traces of egg, soya, nuts and sesame seeds.
