PREPARATION METHOD

Carrot Cake + Eggs + Oil + Water Preparation

1 - Mix all the ingredients until they are well integrated and the dough is homogeneous.

2 - Place the dough in a mold.

3 - Bake at 170ºC - 180ºC for about 40 - 45 minutes (times and temperatures are merely indicative). Note: The dough should not be
too beaten so that it doesn't become too dense.

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, sugar, whey, modified starch (E1414), dehydrated carrot,
dextrose, raising agents (E450i, E500ii), emulsifiers (E471, E481), colours (E160a(i), E120), salt, flavourings, thickener (E415), spices and enzymes. May contain traces of soya, egg, tree nuts, sesame seeds.
