PREPARATION METHOD
Red Velvet Cake Preparation + Eggs + Oil + Water
1 - Mix all the ingredients until they are well integrated and the dough is homogeneous.
2 - Place the dough in a mold.
3 - Bake at 170ºC - 180ºC for approximately 40 - 45 minutes (times and temperatures are merely indicative). Note: The dough should not be beaten too much so that it does not become too dense.
INGREDIENTS
Sugar, wheat flour, non-hydrogenated palm fat, whey, modified starch, raising agents (E450, E500), cocoa, thickener (E415), colour (E120) and flavouring. May contain traces of egg, soya, nuts and sesame seeds.
