PREPARATION METHOD

Orange Cake + Eggs + Oil + Water Preparation

1 - Mix all the ingredients until they are well integrated and the dough is homogeneous.

2 - Place the dough in a mold.

3 - Bake at 170ºC - 180ºC for approximately 40 - 45 minutes (times and temperatures are merely indicative). Note: The dough should not be beaten too much so that it does not become too dense.

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour, sugar, whey, granulated orange peel, modified starch (E1414), dextrose, raising agents (E450i, E500ii), emulsifiers (E471, E481), salt, colours (E160(i)), flavouring, thickener (E415) and enzyme. May contain traces of soya, egg, tree nuts and sesame seeds.
